Ministry Purpose

The
fundamental purpose of this ministry is to serve. We are firstly called to
serve The Lord, secondly we are to serve those The Lord has appointed over
us within the body of Christ, finally we are to serve those to whom
The Lord would send us.
All members of this ministry believe that our primary
allegiance is to love and to serve God by yielding ourselves in the
unreserved giving of our lives, time, gifts, talents and finances for the
work and advancement of the kingdom of God.
We believe that each and every believer is
called to be an image bearer of Jesus
Christ, being true reflections of Gods glory,
in order that the church would fulfill the earthly ministry of Jesus.
All are equipped and empowered to share
their faith in Christ, His Lordship, His
resurrection and the resurrection of all true believers. The witness of
our faith, should be an integral part of Christian lifestyle.
God's grace enables us, and His love constrains us to reach out beyond
ourselves with compassion, generosity and hospitality.
Preaching the
gospel of Jesus Christ, in both word and deed regardless of a person's
race, gender, creed, age or socio-economic status.
Through this ministry members of the Body of Christ are encouraged to seek
out and to reach out to those who are destined for a lost eternity, to
share Christ's love in word and in deed as the Holy Spirit provides
opportunity.
We believe there is one church, under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, with
many congregations spread across the earth. Each congregation having a
unique role to play in extending the
kingdom of God.
All members of this ministry believe in and witness to the dignity of the
human person as being created in the image of God and the quality of human
life which is expressed by our loving and caring attitudes toward each
other in the context of the family, the church and the community.
We believe the church is called, by Jesus Christ, to move in signs of the
present fulfillment of the kingdom of God and is empowered by the Holy
Spirit’s powerful presence to bring deliverance, healing and miracles to
the body and to the world.
This ministry is called to be a powerhouse of prayer for the nations,
particularly the nation of Australia. Prayer and intercession are seen as
fundamental to the breaking and pulling down of strongholds that would
impede the workings of the church and the advancement of the kingdom of
God.

"Go therefore and make disciples of
all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of
the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all
things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always,
even to the end of the age” Amen. |
